This custom MC nylon wire rope sheave is designed for crane, winch and lifting systems that require low rotating weight, quiet running and reliable rope guidance. It can be machined from engineering-grade cast nylon and supplied with a fitted bearing, bushing or finished bore according to the customer's drawing and operating conditions.
Compared with a conventional steel pulley, an MC nylon sheave can reduce component weight and operating noise while offering good corrosion resistance. A precision-machined groove supports stable wire rope contact when the sheave is correctly selected, installed and maintained.
