Single lift hook

Cranes are used in many industries to load and unload materials. The hook is an important part of the single girder overhead crane. When choosing a crane hook, choose a product produced by a professional manufacturer. So, what should be paid attention to in use?
The new crane hook should be subjected to a load test, and the crane hook opening should not exceed 0.25% of the original opening.
Check the crane hook for cracks or serious deformation, corrosion and wear during use.
Crane hook should tested once a year. During the test, the static test should be conducted for 10 minutes, and the allowable workload is 1.25 times. Check for cracks and other residual deformation.
The three dangerous parts should be cleaned with kerosene, and a magnifying glass should be used to check for cracks. Check the crane plate hook bushings and pins for wear.
The defects on the crane hook shall not be repaired. If it reaches the scrapping standard, it should be scrapped immediately and not used.
The crane hook of the bridge crane should be equipped with a locking device to prevent the lifting object from accidentally unhooking.
When hanging the sling, hang the sling on the bottom of the crane hook. During the operation, if the crane hook is directly hung on the lifting ring of the component, it cannot be firmly fixed. So as to avoid the deformation of the crane hook due to the lateral force.
