Grade 80 Lifting Chain (Load Chain)Grade 80 Lifting Chain (load chain) is the high quality chain product used for lifting chain applications. It uses superior quality alloy materials with Germany technology production line. It is a kind of lifting chain (load chain) with high tensile strength.G80 lifting chain (load chain) is strictly produced according to the standards ISO3077, EN818, AS2321, assuring 4 times safety coefficient and 2.5 times tested loading capacity. G80 chain can be polished, black-coated, paint-dipped, electroplated processes to adapt heavy humidity, acidic or alkaline bad conditions.
Chain Material: 20Mn2A, 25MnV, 23MnNiCrMo54 etc.
Production standard: FEC SPEC., DIN.

The stell will be formed to the required dimensions, as the specified in EN818-2(or AS2321:2014).
The weld was produced using the resistance butt processes and positioned in centre of one leg of the link. It was smoothly finished all round.
All links have been calibrated before heat treatment to ensure the chain will be satisfied for marking and safe using chain slings.
All chains have been intermediate-frequency heat treated, it was hardened from a temperature above the AC3 point and tempered before being subjected to the manufacturing proof force.
Packaging
The lifting Chain can be packaged in many ways,such as Gunny bag/Plastic drum/Steel drum/plastic reel+carton/ton bag+pallet or wooden case.
Shipping
The lifting Chain are usually transported by sea. If there are few samples, they can also be transported by DHL、FEDEX or TNT.
