Structural composition

Working principle

• Trolley movement: When heavy objects need to be moved, the trolley moves smoothly on the track beam through the action of the walking wheel and the driving device. The driving device is usually composed of a motor, a reducer, a brake and other components, which can provide a stable driving force and braking force.
• Lifting operation: The electric hoist drives the reducer through the motor to rotate the drum and wind or release the chain or wire rope. When the chain or wire rope is wound, the electric hoist rises; When the chain or wire rope is released, the electric hoist is lowered. At the same time, the electric hoist is also equipped with brakes and other safety devices to ensure stability and safety during the lifting process.
