HQ MMD single forged shank hook is same as DIN15401 HOOKS. DIN hooks are used in a wide variety of applications ranging from small rigging blocks, hoists, lifting beams etc to large cranes. We not only supply standard size shank hook but also extended shanks to allow for any machining requirements.We supply hooks ranges from 1.6# to250#.the size is as below tables.if you don't know how to choose the correct hooks, just tell us your drive group of the cranes,

We can supply hooks as forging only or machine them to your exact requirements. We can also manufacturer the assemblies complete with nut and collar.

1.Crack-No crack on surface of hook,the hook should be scrapped if there is crack on surface 2.Size:The throat of hook is up 10%of new hook,the hook should be scrapped 3.Warp:The hook should be scrapped if the body is warped over 10 degree 4.Deformation:The hook should be scrapped if the handle of hook deformed 5.Abrasion:The hook should be scrapped if the working part abrasion is over 5% 6.Corrosion:The hook should be scrapped if the hook handle D1 size is 5%less than new hook.
