Key Engineering Features
Structural Box Fabrication: The casing is constructed from heavy-gauge, fabricated steel plates, providing exceptional rigidity and total protection for the internal components against lateral forces and collision damage.
High-Strength Forged Hook: Fitted with a large, drop-forged, heat-treated hook rated for extreme Working Load Limits (WLL). The design ensures high resistance to fatigue and cracking under sustained heavy loads.
Sealed Sheave Housing: The internal sheaves are deeply housed within the protective structure, minimizing exposure to dust and corrosion, which drastically extends the life of both the sheaves and the wire rope.
360° Swivel Mechanism: The hook shank is equipped with a high-capacity thrust bearing, allowing the hook to rotate 360 degrees freely. This prevents cable twisting and allows the operator to precisely orient the load.
Custom Reeving Configuration: Internal components are configured to match the specific reeving ratio (e.g., 4-fall, 6-fall, 8-fall) required by the crane's drum and gearbox system.
