Type C Overhead Crane Steel Coil Hooks

The C-hook is suitable for the horizontal lifting of steel coils or wire rods, so it is widely used in steel plants, ports, stockyards, warehouses and other places.The force balance of the C-hook requires full consideration of the upward tension of the hook, the weight of the steel coil, and the downward force of the self-weight of the lifting device. Therefore, the force of the steel coil should act on the center of the steel coil, and the self-weight of the lifting device should act on its center of gravity. The self-weight also needs to take into account the counterweight, which allows the C-hook to achieve balance when unloaded. This requires customers to report the dimensions (length, maximum diameter, and hole diameter) of the steel coil to be lifted when ordering, so that the length and opening of the C-hook can be determined during manufacturing, as well as the position of the suspension point of the hook.
