The Heart of its Strength: Forged 35CrMo Alloy

This sheave's journey begins as a solid billet of premium 35CrMo (Chromium-Molybdenum) alloy steel. It is then subjected to an intensive hot-forging process, aligning the material's grain structure to create a component of immense tensile strength and impact toughness. A Surface Built for Extreme Wear
