The scarp standard of steel lifting hook

In order to ensure safety, steel lifting hooks should be scrapped in one of the following cases:

1. Cracks appear.
2. Dangerous section wear up to 10% of the original size.
3. The opening is 15% higher than the original size.
4. Hook body torsion deformation more than 10°.
5. Plastic deformation occurs in the dangerous section or neck of the hook.
6. Hook thread is corroded.
