Routine maintenance

• Lubrication: When the gear box of the crane runs for 500 hours, the amount of lubricating oil needs to be checked, and regular checks are carried out in the third month. If the amount of oil is low, it needs to be refueled.
• Rainproof: When using the electric chain crane outdoors, rainproof equipment should be installed.
• Chain maintenance: The chain should be lubricated, and in high dust plants, foreign objects in the chain and limit guide group should be removed regularly to ensure smooth operation of the chain.
• Long-term storage: If the chain crane is not used for a long time, it should be treated with rust prevention, cleaning and maintenance, and run up and down for 1 to 3 minutes to maintain its performance.
